Litt Dansk: Chairman of the Board Ole M. Jensen (b.1969) is an international CEO and has for 20 years worked with companies in more than 20 countries. Ole has been involved in production, retail and wholesaling, while at the same time gaining experience from most business functions throughout his career - from finance and sales to communication and purchasing. Most recently, Ole has for 3 years successfully been part of the global top management of one of the world's largest trading companies in the construction industry with a turnover of DKK 130 billion.
Ole masters the strategic, but is also a "hands-on" leader who translates the complex into easily implementable initiatives. He is a passionate and energetic leader with a special focus on creating a winner's mentality in people businesses, where he has transformed organizations with up to 10,000 employees. He is at home in the global boardroom as well as on the shop floor. Ole has completed many transactions both as a seller and buyer, and has extensive experience in professionalizing, integrating and creating growth. Chain operations are one of his specialties.
Ole has considerable experience with various forms of ownership, ranging from IPOs to private equity funds and family ownership in both Denmark and abroad, and he also has a strong link to the banks.
